It's not a glitch it's how the game is coded. If you have a max raid den with a shiny in it, close out your game and open the same den, it will be shiny, and will also have the same moves, EVs, Ivs and everything. It will be the exact same Pokemon.

Because the odds of a Pokemon being shiny in max raid dens is not 1/4096 it is a predetermined number that is a certain number of days after the beam is created. That number is between 1/16000. It's very weird and if you watch the first two minutes of the video in my answer it will explain
