It's pretty simple. I Just up air+Thunder at low percents and then start busting out the aerials. Try to click Thunder Jolt often to force damage on the enemy. Pikachu and Pichu have a recovery that can be controlled by tilting the control stick in a specific direction, and if you're not exactly below offstage but far away from it, then you can use the side special Skull Bash to safely get back there, and then use Up Special as extra safety.



That's usually what I do, anyway.
