HO is used in NU, but it isn't common. Some good HO mons in NU are Duraludon, Salazzle, Blastoise, Sirfetchd, and Decidueye. The best playstles in NU ATM are BO and balance

It depends, steel type usually good cause of it utility and defensive, and electric that is for offense usually. So, depends what is youre play style.
