Ingrain/aqua ring + big root + baton pass?

So lets say my smeargle holding a big root used ingrain and aqua ring
He will gain 16.25%(counting the big root) hp per turn
When he baton passes to another Pokemon,
will that Pokemon still get the big root bonus?
