Chansey is in OU. Blissey is in OU.
Dusclops in UU. Dusknoir is in RU.
Porygon2 is in UU. Porygon-Z is in UU.

I thought Chansey was BL...
It is, but this was before it dropped to UU and then was was banned (thus placing it in BL).
