Hoenn: Deoxys Speed Forme - 180
Hoenn: Ninjask - 160

Unova: Accelgor - 145

Kanto: Electrode - 140

Johto: Crobat - 130

Sinnoh: Shaymin Sky Forme - 127
Sinnoh: Weavile - 125

Deoxys-Normal, Deoxys-Attack, Deoxys-Speed and Ninjask are the fastest Pokemon of all, all being Hoenn.

Ninjask isn't even from Galar. Regieleki is the fastest pokemon you can even claim in Galar.
