Breeding problem between clauncher and squirtle?

Question

I bred a level 35 female clawitzer with a level 19 male squirtle to get a squirtle knowing aura sphere and dark pulse but I got a clauncher instead is there a way I can get a squirtle.

You just have to breed a male Clawitser with a female Squirtle. When breeding, the baby will always be the same specie as it's mother.
