What is the chance of Shiny Pokemon appearing in random teams on Pokemon Showdown?

Question

What determines if a Pokemon will be shiny in random teams? is it as rare is in-game Pokemon (8192/1)? Please expand on the subject as much as you can.

Not 100% sure what that means, but its not as rare as ingame at least
