How do you export Pokemon teams from Pokemon Showdown to the actual game?

I want to get my team onto my actual game if there is actually a way.

You cannot send Pokemon you make on Showdown to your actual game. Showdown is merely a battle simulator; it does not interact with the real games at all. You can export your team into text, but really all you can do with that is share your team around.

There does exist software that allows you to edit your save file and inject Pokemon, but the process is not simple. If you are interested in this, look into PKHeX.

The only way to get teams to the game from showdown is to make it manually in game. But it will take a long time breeding and catching and other stuff.
