-earthquake
-iron tail
-stone edge / swords dance
scale shot for STAB and mega garchomp's horrible speed. EQ for STAB and iron tail for ice and fairy coverage. sd to get a ridiculously high attack stat. if your not the setup guy, stone edge for EdgeQuake and more powerful ice coverage.

Standard chomp set. Sps and item for speed and damage, Rock slide for flinches and killing char Y. Earthquake is powerful stab that can allow Garchomp to rip through enemy teams once your opponents have been weakened. Dragon claw is single target stab that hits enemy Dragons and can kill wide guard users like Pelliper.
