Which moveset is better for Garchomp?

Just wondering which moveset would be better for my jolly nature Garchomp

Hone Claws
Dragon Rush
Iron Tail
Earthquake

Or

Swords Dance
Dragon Claw
Iron Head
Earthquake

100% the second one, with full speed and attack evs. Or you can use tankchomp with SR, Dragon Tail, Earthquake and Fire Blast

Definitely the second one, you could also switch out Iron Head for Stone Edge for more Type Coverage :)

the second one because swords dance raises the attack more than hone c and since there all psyical damage it would be better to use the second option.
