EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Mild / hasty nature
-Earthquake
-fire blast
-Draco Meteor / dragon pulse
-Nasty plot / iron tail

Before mega evolving, earthquake for STAB. Draco meteor for powerful spa STAB and d-pulse for a more spammable STAB. Fire blast for powerful ice coverage and iron tail for fairy coverage. nasty plot for recovering from the draco meteor spa nerf. Feel free to destroy me in the comments.

scale shot for STAB and mega garchomp's horrible speed. EQ for STAB and iron tail for ice and fairy coverage. sd to get a ridiculously high attack stat. if your not the setup guy, stone edge for EdgeQuake and more powerful ice coverage.
