Where can I fish Wailord in Pokemon X/Y?

i just started chain fishing and I saw a picture of a shiny wailord and I was like"OMG THAT'S AWSOME"

You don't

Wailord is only obtained in Cyllage , Ambrette Town and Route 8 via Surfing. As far as I know, it cannot be obtained via fishing
