Fire Fang or Flare Blitz for my Guts Flareon?

Question

I want to try an experiment on Flareon to see how bad it is and so, which move is better for it? Oh, and of course I'm going to give it Toxic Orb unless the Flame Orb still raises attack when it's immune to burns.

And also, can Flareon do okay with a Jolly Nature or do I have to stick with Adamant and Flame Charge?

Where can you find the TM Facade?

Fire Fang is too weak. It won't be able to dish out very much damage with that.

^^^Exactly. It already has so little HP, so using Flare Blitz is basically a suicide bomb.
