Can you get the Kanto starters in Pokemon White?

How do you get a Kanto starter in Pokemon White? I know you can get the Sinnoh starters, but how do you get a Kanto starter?

How to get a Kanto starter!

I am afraid there are only 3 ways I know on how to get these Pokémon:

• Use an action replay and cheat one into your game.
• Transfer one from HeartGold/SoulSilver.
• Trade one from a friend.

There are two legitimate ways:

1. Use Poké Transfer (to transfer them from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HG/SS).

2. Trade from a friend that has one of the starters.
