Is there any way to obtain a Micle Berry apart from through events or trade?

My GTS doesn't work, tried everything, even had professionals in so trading is out, and the events have surely passed. Is there any other way?

Really, there's no other way to get a Micle Berry. And I know you have no access to the GTS, but either way most event Pokemon have a special ribbon, and this ribbon basically makes the Pokemon unable to be traded over the GTS. But only event Pokemon have Micle Berries, that's all. Sorry.
