On Omega Ruby I defeated Groudon. Will I ever be able to fine it again?

I defeated Groudon because I ran out of Pokeballs. Will I ever encounter it again?

When you beat the Elite 4, go to the cave of origin. There will be a new cave there. Go inside, and there will be Groudon/Kyogre depending on your game
