Does Blaziken really get Ice Punch?

Question

I know that in your page you haven't ice punch but I have seen screenshots of mega blaziken using ice punch. If someone answered I would like a photo if possible

Apparently it doesn't. The official Pokemon website for ORAS confirms it by having it mow down a Flygon with Ice Punch, but at the same time there's this.
EDIT: I had a friend try it out on his game, Blaziken indeed does not learn Ice Punch.
