Can you be paralyzed whilst in dig or fly?

Any two turn move in general. Be cool if you got lucky while an opponent is toxic'd.

No Buuuut

If you have the ability no guard you will hit regardless of which 2 turn move you or your opponent uses.
I'm pretty sure you can get paralyzed if hit by thunder on bounce or fly. But I have no 100% sure idea.

What I meant is can it be like (pokemon is paralyzed, it can't move)! When in that state of the two turn move.

Yes you can, both when start the move and on the second turn of the move. (the attacking part)
