Is there anyway to breed TM moves?

i have been an idiot and wasted my E-quake TM on Flygon and want it onto my Relicanth. I thought about breeding it on, but will this even work? if not, I won't waste my time.

P.S is there anyway to transfer TM moves?

You can breed on TM if the Offspring is in a comaptiable Egg-Group and has access to the TM.
However there is no possible Egg-Chain for EQ Flygon and EQ Relicanth.
But you could get a Male Whishcash with EQ (learns at lv.36 ) and breed it with a female Relicanth
