How do you get the Johto, Sinnoh, and Unova starters in ORAS?

I read in a book on Wattpad called Things You Didn't Know About Pokemon that you can get you can get the Johto, Sinnoh, and Unova starters in ORAS. Obviously only one of each though. Is this true? If so, where do you get them?

Hey—quick question. So, I've only discovered of this event while in the midst of the Delta Episode. Going to Route 101, he is nowhere to be found. Is it possible to find him there to get the starters of the Johto region after I'm done? Or will it skip Johto, and go right to Unovo? Thanks for letting me know! :-) EDIT: New to the website. You get the Johto starters after you beat the Elite Four. If you go to Route 101, Professor Birch will be attacked by a Shroomish, like he was attacked by a Poochyena at the start of the game. He'll give you a starter if you help him.

Once you've beaten the Delta Episode, do the same thing again. The same thing will happen, except the professor is attacked by a Machoke and you'll have to choose from Unova starters.

Finally, you'll get the Sinnoh starters once you beat the Elite Four a second time. The cutscene where the professor is attacked is actually quite humorous, so I won't spoil it.

Johto: Beat the elite four for the first time, then go into route 101.
Unova: Beat the delta episode, then go into route 101.
Sinnoh: Beat the elite four after the delta episode, then go into route 101.

Wynaut:

Hoenn: Go into route 101.
Kanto: You can't, but you could in XY
Kalos: You can't, but you could in XY
