Assume a Ferrothorn is in battle. Assume a Shuckle comes in. Now say the opponent is a complete idiot and decides to switch out. Assume you switch into a Magnezone with Magnet Pull. Would Ferrothorn switch out or not?
If it's the Ferrothorn switching out, then yes, it will switch out without fail.
