Where can I find a Hoopa and Volcanion in Pokemon X and Pokemon Y ?

Volcanion: Unobtainable unless via hacking.
Hoopa: There are events going on around the world. Unless there is one in your nation right now, you'll have to trade for one. In late November there will be one in America at participating McDonald's stores.
