No pricing have been revealed about the rereleases of Pokemon RBY, but the chance of them being free is none to Micheal Jackson coming back from the dead, teaming up with the Pope to kill Godzilla-Hitler. Nintendo is a company like any other, just giving away their products wouldn't benefit them one bit. Also considering that people are going to be willing to pay money for the games Nintendo will capitalize on it, thus the games will with high certainty cost money.
