Is the pokeradar even worth your time?

Its annoying that the Pokeradar never finds anything ( besides 1 Ralts) So is it even worth it in diamond pearl, and platinum?

It depends how much you want those Pokemon and how much time you have.

You can chain Pokémon in order to discover shiny Pokémon in that area.
