Is Haxorus or Hydreigon better for BW2 playthroughs?

Haxorus is invariably the better Pokemon for a BW2 playthrough. It's caught much earlier (Mistralton Cave compared to Victory Road), learns strong moves like Dragon Claw and Dragon Dance, and sports an absurd base 147 Attack. Perhaps the most damning mark against Hydreigon, however, is the fact that you simply do not obtain it until after beating Iris! This means you're using Zweilous for the Elite 4 --- and only the Elite 4, mind you, thanks to its late arrival. Though Zweilous does reasonably well against Caitlin and Shauntal, it cannot compete with Haxorus' sheer power and earlier arrival.

- X-Scissor (TM on Route 7) / Shadow Claw (TM in Celestial Tower)

My thinking:
I think you should go with haxorous because it has a lower base stat total sure, but, haxorous has less weaknesses which would come in handy.
