I would think not. Dexnav is separate from those kinds of abilities, and the abilities are separate from the Dexnav. They may hinder the Dexnav, as Illuminate will make you encounter more Pokemon, losing the chance to find the Pokemon you were dexnaving for. Some of these abilities also only take effect in battle, like Arena Trap/Shadow Tag, and Cute Charm.
To be clear, Illuminate raises the chance to encounter Pokemon while walking around in grass/caves, etc. not for Pokemon to appear for you to tiptoe towards.
