My team isn't very big right now, but I'm trying to make a semi-stall team with Haxorus as my late game sweeper and Klefki as my support. I desperately need a wall in my team who resists or is immune to Ground and Ice but not weak to Fire, in order to protect these two important members and stall out threats.

My team's movesets so far are:

Klefki @ Mago Berry
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 232 HP / 168 Def / 108 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Recycle
- Hidden Power [Water]

Haxorus @ Lum Berry
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Poison Jab
- Earthquake
- Outrage

As you can see, I'm going with the element of surprise to hard hit those types switching in on me. My idea is to then switch into a wall to ensure protection. Trust me, I did consider a Flying type but I'm so OCD I don't know if it'll work with Haxorus having an Ice weakness too. (Which is why I edited the post.)

You forgot about flying types
You should provide your current teams and movesets so that we know how to help you.
Most Flying-types are weak to Ice, Generekt...
@Soundwave Before, the asker only asked for walls that resist ground and not weak to fire. But now, he want walls that also resist Ice after the edit. So, Generekt was correct before the asker edited it.

Zapdos. It is flying, so you can switch it in on a ground type move. It gets stalling type moves, like roost, Thunder wave, and protect. It's defensive stats are pretty good, and it has a fair movepool.

You didn't answer the whole question. He asked for something not weak to ice.
@sumwun Don't blame RedXan. RedXan answered before the asker edited the question. Before, the asker only wanted a Wall that resist ground and not weak to Fire. But now, it's fire and ice.

Maybe try Rotom-Wash, as it is immune to ground and resists fire and ice type moves.
However, you will have to wait until the new update for Pokebank comes out.

Rotom-W @Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
Calm Nature
EVs: 252 Hp, 252 SpD, 4 SpA
-Hydro Pump
-Will-o-Wisp
-Volt Switch
-Pain Split

You could give Mantine a shot. It also resists Fighting and Bug, which is really handy.

EDIT: It doesn't resist Ice, but with it's massive base Special Defense, it takes Ice Beams and Blizzards no problem and shrugs off any chip damage with Roost.

Moltres and Ho-oh both don't have ground type moves affecting them, and neither is weak to fire or ice.

Ho-oh is a Uber, and the Asker might not be playing Ubers if you look at his team...

You might want to consider Gyarados.

Gyarados @ Leftovers/Lum Berry
Trait: Intimidate
Nature: Impish/Careful
-Rest
-Sleep talk/Taunt
-Waterfall
-Dragon tail

thanks!
