If you heal Wishiwashi when its at low health, would you get the School Form back?

Question

Say Wishiwashi was low in health and therefore in Solo form, and you used a max potion. Would you get the School form back, or would Wishiwashi stay in the Solo form?

Yes, Wishiwashi would return to its schooling form if it went back over 25% health.

In-game is obvious, just heal using HP restoring items. Competitive will require Wish-passing.

Or Sitrus Berry. Also Heal Pulse in Doubles.
