TM71 (Stone Edge) is found in Victory Road on 2F in DPPt. Requiring Rock Smash and Strength, the TM's at the end of a set of bike ramps after an Ace Trainer duo.

TM71 can also be purchased at the Battle Frontier for 80 BP in both Pt and Hg/Ss
