From experience. I used Zygarde 50% Forme, let its HP drop by 1/2 and saw it become 100% Forme.
Oh wait, the question asked if "Zygarde 100% Forme regains HP, will it revert back to 50% Forme?".
In this case, it will stay at 100% Forme. My bad. :P
