It depends on the parents' IVs, whether the parents have hidden abilities, whether the parents' OTs use different languages, and whether you have a shiny charm.

From Gen VI onwards...

Chances of a wild Shiny encounter with no Shiny Charm: 1/4096
Chances of a wild Perfect 6 IV encounter: 1/(32)^6

Hence, the chances of a wild Perfect 6 IV Shiny without a Shiny charm are:

1/4096 x 1/(32)^6 = 1/4398046511104!!!
