If you need more information, here's the moveset and EVS:

Mewtwo @ Mewtwonite X
Ability: Pressure (Steadfast after mega evolution)
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
- Poison Jab
- Brick Break
- Recover
- Psycho Cut

Format: 1v1

Mewtwo is banned in 1v1. Are you sure you know what you're doing?
I'd go with Adamant since you want to be able to tank hits a little and outspeed stuff as well, the Special Attack drop wouldn't bother you since you're a physical attacker.

Well, Mega Mewtwo X's highest stat is in Attack (and, of course, you have mostly physical attacks on it). So, I'd give it one of these five natures (Since your Mega Mewtwo X has Steadfast, I'd exclude the Brave nature from this list):

Hardy (+Attack, -Attack)
Lonely (+Attack, -Defense)
Adamant (+Attack, -Special Attack)
Naughty (+Attack, -Special Defense)
Brave (+Attack, -Speed)

Actually, it's much better to go with Jolly.  With a Pokémon like Mega Mewtwo X, I would always, always, always go Jolly over everything you have listed.  If you go for more power, but sacrifice that speed boost, then you're either putting yourself at risk of being OHKO'd, or revenge-killed by the next Pokémon sent out.
Why does hardy count as a physical attack boosting nature?
According to that exact chart, hardy has no effect. Something with no effect can't boost physical attack.
