Zoroark Vs Gengar? Who do I want?

My team consists of a level 23 Munchlax,25 Noibat,25 Pikachu,25 Lycanroc (dusk),25 Brionne,25 Zoura I’m not sure if I wanna get a gasltly then haunter and I will get some1 to trade with me for gen far or do I wanna evolve my zoura to zoroark so my question is zoroark or gengar

Gastly is much easier to use than Zorua. Gastly can learn giga drain from a TM pretty early, which it can use to pull its own weight until it learns shadow ball at level 29. Zorua, on the other hand, doesn't learn any good special attacks until you get the TM for dark pulse, which comes relatively late.
