Moves that raise the accuracy for buzzwole?

Im shiny hunting an eevee and it always lowers my accuracy so only 1 move works.
I need to know any good moves that raise the accuracy

Is there a reason you're hunting with Buzzwole in particular? Use a Pokemon that's immune to Eevee's attack, or one with an infinite accuracy move.

No, but you can use Taunt + Air Balloon. Taunt makes moves like Sand Attack unable to be used, and Air Balloon makes Mudslap unable to be used.
