Why isn't my Florges learning new moves?

Question

I have evolved my Florges, it's now on level 45 but it's not learning any new moves. Does anybody know why? The last one it learned was Petal Blizzard. Pokémon X btw

Florges learns all its moves at Lv. 1. Breed it to get a Lv. 1 Floette and evolve it while it is Lv. 1. Or get a Heart Scale.

You cannot get a Floette egg. Flebebè is Floette’s pre evolved form. It would be like telling someone to find a Charmeleon egg.
