I would go physical because it has better physical move options than special. It has Spirit Shackle, Sucker Punch, and U-Turn which are useful and Swords Dance to boost them. While it does have Nasty Plot as well, it only has standard STABs and Hidden Power as viable special options which aren't as useful as its good physical moves.
