Can Pokemon caught using cheating devices be traded?

I put up a hacked shaymin I got through wondertrade in GTS. I had no problem.

Yes. For some reason, Game Freak doesn’t seem to apply the same hack check to the GTS that they do to PokéBank. As long as the game can recognize what Pokémon it is (and is not a USUM exclusive), it should be able to go up on GTS.
