Do game corner Pokemon count as traded?

Question

I recently got original copies of crystal and stadium 2 with a transfer pack, I'm building a team for it from scratch on crystal and I wanted to know if Pokemon you get from the game corner count as being traded/from a different trainer, I want to use tyranitar on the team and I wanted to know if the prize larvitar from the celadon game corner will get the boosted exp, or if I'm better off training a larvitar from mt. silver to get more stat experience

They count as traded only if their trainer ID is different from yours.

well I don't know if they have a different trainer ID if they come from the game corner, I don't want to spend the time grinding that money to buy the coins or playing the games unless there's gonna be an exp boost, so this doesn't answer my question sorry

NPCs who give away gift Pokémon will not be registered as the Pokémon's OT, except for in three instances: a Spearow given by Webster and a Shuckle given by Kirk, both in the Generation II games and their remakes, and a Zorua given by Rood with N as its OT in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2.

Game Corner Pokémon are not one of these three special instances, so they will have your OT, and therefore will not receive the boosted EXP.
