@MightyM - Okay but couldn't you just find this out while you're playing?
Too lazy to keep a note of those. And it will be helpful to others if there is a list in this site.
@MightyM - I though you'd say something like that, okay then.
Sorry bro. But I don't have that much to do that. If it was 2016 or something then I would have made an TM/HM location guid or something like that for myself instead of asking the question.
@Azelfeo would you rather play through all these games or let someone who knows the answer to your question answer it ?

(The moves listed in bold are can be obtained by buying them with game chips or BP. I'm not quite sure whether it's possible to buy these TMs multiple times, or if you can only buy them once. The moves in italics can only be obtained through the Pokewalker. The moves both bolded and italicized can be obtained by trading shards for the TM on Route 212. Again, not positive that these TMs can be obtained multiple times.)

Would not it be better if you put the number of the TM (TM01,TM02,TM03 etc) instead of its name.
I don't really see how that would make much of a difference. If anything, having the actual name of the move is more useful, as people are more likely to think of the name of a move instead of the TM number when trying to find out if you can obtain it multiple times.
I'm also not going to change all of the move names to the TM numbers, it's too much work for something you can easily find by just going to the move's page on Bulbapedia if you're really that desperate for it.
Sunny day, ice beam, frustration, return, brick break, and secret power are all renewable in E (and some also in RS).
