I'm just really curious, and would like to know if there is anything BIG and BAD behind all those things. So I can make my own theory's.

That's all!

When each Plate is obtained in Generation IV, a different engraving appears on the back of the Plate which reveals part of the myth of the creation of the Pokémon universe. No engraving is tied to a specific Plate; they will appear each one at a time depending on how many Plates the player has found so far, with the ninth Plate found using the same engraving as the first. In Platinum, after talking to the Hiker on the second floor of the Canalave Library, a book on the second floor with the engravings written in it will be left by the Hiker the player met in Oreburgh Mine during the Arceus-triggered event.

"When the universe was created, its shards became this Plate."
"The power of defeated giants infuses this Plate."
"Two beings of time and space set free from the Original One."
"Three beings were born to bind time and space."
"Two make matter and three make spirit, shaping the world."
"The Original One breathed alone before the universe came."
"The powers of Plates are shared among Pokémon."
"The rightful bearer of a Plate draws from the Plate it holds."

Hmm... Weird, I've only got two plates but I've only got sentence 1 and sentence 3.
That's because you have to get the plates in a certain order.
No you don't. The answer says they're not tied to any specific plate.
Of course your answer says that, SYL only asked what the texts were. If you collect the plates in a certain order you get to read them properly, instead of getting them in random order and having to wait until you get them all just to read them properly.
"they're not tied to any specific plate" means the order of the texts is always the same no matter which order you get the plates. For example, the first text is always "When the universe was created, its shards became this Plate." If you get the draco plate first, then the draco plate will say "When the universe was created, its shards became this Plate." If you get the insect plate first, then the insect plate will say "When the universe was created, its shards became this Plate."
Oooooooh! It's the same depending on what plate you get first? Cool. Sorry for not understanding.

I know that. I just thought it wasn't true.
"The powers of Plates are shared among Pokémon."

Because of this, Normal types aren't the only type.
