What decides what season it will be in Black 2?

I would like it to be winter in game, since it is winter in real life, but it is spring.

The season in Gen 5 changes every month, starting with Spring in January and cycling in the same order as they do in real life, although at a faster rate.

Just save the game, turn the ds clock to april, reset the game, go inside any building and get out and waalah its winter. Thats how i did it.
