What is better for competitive Giratina Normal form or Origin form?

It honestly depends on how you want to use him. If you need a tank on your team then I would go Altered but if you want an offensive monster then Origin is for you.

Depends what kind of setup you want.
If you're going for a sweeper or hyperoffensive or such, go with Origin. It has more attack than 724 Pokemon and better special attack than 754 Pokemon. 183 Pokemon outspeed it, so Phantom Force is a good move to put on it.
If you're going for a wall or tank, go with Altered. It has a good defense, so you can Toxic stall.
