Can you access Pokemon league through void glitch (Gen 4)?

Apparently that's possible in Pearl. https://www.speedrun.com/pkmndp/run/yd30jkqz I think it's also possible in Diamond but no other games, but I'm not very sure.

Well you can't do the Void Glitch in Platinum. They might be asking about HGSS but I doubt it cuz the void glitch isn't as popular in those games.
