Can you get shiny Ash Greninja in S/M or US/UM?

I know you can get it with the demo to your sun/moon game but is it shiny locked because I really want it.

Yes, but i've heard different opinions about it. One being it's shiny but it looks like a normal one. The second is that the shiny can change to a normal form. And the third is that you just can.
