There is a way to get a Shiny Pikachu/Eevee in Pokémon Let’s Go! It won’t get a Shiny Pikachu specifically, but it’ll help you find one.

LURES:

Lures help increase your Shiny rate boost. When using a lure, your chances of getting a shiny increase, which may mean getting a Shiny Pikachu/Eevee! Combined with Shiny Charm, your chances narrow down even more!
ITEMS THAT WORK AS LURES:
- Lure
- Super Lure
- Max Lure
These can be bought at any PokeMart in the Kanto region.

CATCH COMBOS

When you catch the same species of Pokémon, your Shiny odds increase. In the case, if you catch a lot of normal Pikachu/Eevee in a row, then the more change you get with getting a Shiny one! Combined with the Lures, you are 15 times more likely to find a Shiny Pokémon than normal.

You cannot get a legit shiny starter pikachu or eevee, but you can shiny hunt them in the wild, but they woun’t meet up with the power or stats of their respective starter varients.
