Natures matter significantly less than things like levels or X specials. Just get any nature that doesn't lower speed or an attack stat. If you have time to hunt for natures, then you should use that time to level grind instead.

Hasty. You need more speed. I suggest running it as a mixed attacker because it only really knows fire type special moves and it has no STAB physical moves.
