I think you should use coil and leaf blade or consider replacing Serperior with Lilligant or Roserade. Both have much better special attack, and Lilligant can learn quiver dance.

If you're sure you want to use Serperior, then you should use leaf blade because it's boosted by coil. If you're not sure, then you should use Lilligant or Roserade because their special attacks are higher than both of Serperior's attack stats.
