Would it be possible to get every Vivillon form on my North American 2DS?

I already know this “trick” requires resetting my region and starting a new file over and over but is it possible to get EVERY (non event) Vivillon form this way? Are there any forms that can’t be obtained on a NSTC 2DS?

in that case would you mind please telling me what region to set my ds to get a monsoon pattern?(seriously though, im begging you monsoon is my favorite one.)

Elegant, Garden, Meadow, Monsoon, River, and Tundra patterns can't be obtained with a North American 2DS.

In regard to above comments -- 2DSes are region-locked, meaning they have a predetermined set of locations the user can set them to. It just so happens that the Elegant, Garden, Meadow, Monsoon, River, and Tundra patterns don't have any locations in an NTSC-U 2DS, so those systems can't get them without trading.
A PAL 2DS can get Garden, Meadow, Monsoon, River, and Tundra (among others), but Elegant is exclusive to Japanese handhelds.
