I'm running a sand team with the classic trio of Garchomp, Excadrill and Tyranitar/Hippowdon. The other three are a fire, water and grass core. But I'm having trouble who to pick among the three as my bulky water type

Milotic has been the best bulky water for me for as long as I played Pokemon but flame orb + sandstorm is gonna hurt a lot considering this is gen 6. Rotom and Slowbro also have very cool abilities that make them useful but they can become set up fodder while Milotic has dragon tail for it.

So what are the complete pros and cons of each of them when compared to each other?

Are you talking about gen 6 OU or something else?

You could probably ask an RMT and then say you're looking for suggestions on last team member, I've done that myself. Just for future reference.
I didn't think this would be a fit for the rmt. What I'm asking for is a comparison between the three and not total improvements for the team. I just provided a bit of details for my team as I thought that in one way or another, it might affect the comparison
We still need some sort of format to compare options to. If that's just in-game, that's fine, but generally having some goal in mind makes these much easier to answer.
Who are the Grass and Fire mons?
@PX ™ oh about that. This is just wifi battles with no legendaries. That's the agreement we have from our group

I would recomend Slowbro out of the 3. As you say, Milotic will get worn doen by Sandstorm + Flame orb. Rotom-Wash has the problem of having a statline of having to either be fully offensive or fully defensive and sacrifice the other, which will add to your concern about pasivity.

Slowbro though, takes the Sandstorm damage easy thanks to Regenerator, and thanks to Calm Mind, isn't passive. Try running a set like

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Calm Mind
- Slack Off
